开车来馆

只有身体残障人士开的车可以利用本馆的停车空间。利用时，请向美术馆前庭附近的保安申请。

可与辅助犬同行

可以与导盲犬、协助犬、导听犬同行入馆。

坡道

美术馆门口有坡道。此外，通外部的门是自动门。

多功能卫生间

馆内有3个多功能卫生间。（地下大厅、1楼、2楼）。1楼的多功能卫生间内有人工瘘者（装有人工肛门、人工膀胱的人士）专用设备。还有尿布更换台等设备。

电梯

馆内所有电梯均支持轮椅。

出租用轮椅和婴儿车

馆内准备了10辆左右出租用轮椅和3辆左右出租用婴儿车。使用时请向1楼问讯处申请。
