We do our best to make it possible for all visitors to enjoy the artwork at their leisure.

  • Information at the reception desk
  • Wheelchairs and strollers are available for rent.
  • Writing tablets are available at the reception desk.
  • Photography in the galleries (use of flash is not allowed)However, photography may not be allowed for some exhibitions and artworks.
  • Service dogs are allowed.
  • Coin lockers are available.
  • Parking (exclusively for visitors with reduced mobility) are available.
  • There are seats and benches in the museum.
  • Multi-purpose toilet is available.

Arriving by car

The parking spaces at the museum are for the exclusive use of visitors with reduced mobility. If you would like to use the parking, please ask one of the security guards in the museum forecourt.

Service dogs are allowed.

Incline

There is an incline at the museum entrance. The entrance doors are automatic.

Multi-purpose toilet

There are three multi-purpose toilets in the building (basement auditorium, 1F, 2F). There are facilities for ostomates (people using an artificial anus or artificial bladder) in the multi-purpose toilet on the first floor. Disposable diaper changing sheets are available.

Elevators

All elevators in the building are wheelchair accessible.

Loan wheelchairs and baby carriages

There are about ten wheelchairs and three baby carriages available for loan. Please inquire at the information desk on the first floor.

Seating
