Guide to Former Possessions of Foujita Tsuguharu

In 2007, Foujita Tsuguharu’s widow Kimiyo donated approximately 900 items of material from Foujita Tsuguharu’s former possessions. This is a list of the materials that were donated.
These materials have been searchable on the MOMAT OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) since 2011. The following is a publication of the entire list of materials.
This collection has already been published in the book Léonard Foujita et ses livres illustrés (2011). In 2012, many of the materials were displayed in the Shoto Museum of Art and the Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art for the exhibition titled Le monde des livres illustrés par Léonard Foujita et les artistes de l’Ecole de Paris. From 2018 to 2019, many of the materials were displayed in the Otani Memorial Art Museum, Nishinomiya City; Meguro Museum of Art, Tokyo; Bernard Buffet Museum and the Tokyo Fuji Art Museum for exhibition titled Léonard Foujita private on works.
